Luton will be without defender Fred Murray for some time after he was brought off on a stretcher with a knee injury during the 1-0 defeat by York.Striker Amari Morgan-Smith remains doubtful after he limped out of the York defeat.
Eastbourne defenders Neil Jenkins and Gary Elphick could both return after recovering from injuries.
Strikers Nathan Crabb (groin) and Ross Treleaven (hamstring) both remain on the sidelines for the relegated side.
